COORG TRIP 2019

                                     COORG TRIP 2019

29th September 2019!Finally the day has arrived! We boarded our flight from RGIA ,Hyderabad! I’ve got a window seat and the whole journey was about admiring  the ever beautiful clouds and chitchatting! We reached Bangalore airport, relaxed ourselves, had some fun time at the airport. Then, we started our journey towards Coorg. The bus journey was the best part of the trip! We dance like hell all the way, sang songs and had some quality talks with my girls! We reached our adventure camp, the place where we were going to stay! Had a quick dinner, got into our night suits and it was time for some mid night, never ending talks and fun! That was all about day 1!

Day 2, had many adventure activities lined up!We had a short trek at the campsite itself! We were discovering many plant species, admiring the mountains and the greenery everywhere! Then, we had  breakfast and started the adventure activities-zip lining, commandos net, Burma Bridge, skywalk, archery and valley crossing! All of them were fun, adventurous and a new experience. I personally enjoyed zip lining  the most. That was all for the day!

Day 3,We went to the Brahmagiri wildlife sanctuary for the trek! Leeches were the showmen of the day! The path through the forest had millions of leeches and not letting them enter into our shoes was quite a tough task! Anyways, the trek treated us with some serene, breathtaking views! We were actually going through a real forest and got to see the foot imprints of elephants, porcupine’s spikes! The path was all with lush green trees, a waterfall was present along the path.. The fresh, clear water rejuvenated us and gave us a bolt of energy! The thick, dense trees were like a natural umbrella for us and we didn’t get drenched in the rain because of the thick canopy. We completed the trek in about six hours and caught a glimpse of the Irupu WaterFalls! It was beautiful and calming! It was a very adventurous and tiring experience! We overcame our fears and became more adventurous! After a very tiring day, a deep sleep was what we needed!

Day 4,was all about sightseeing and bus journey!we had a bus journey towards Mysore Palace! We saw the magnificent Mysore palace and then had our lunch under the trees and headed towards  the Tibetan monastery! It gave us some calm, peaceful vibes! Then, we did some shopping and were on our way to the camp.We then had our dinner, enjoyed the short bonfire and dozed off.

Day 5,We went near the Dubbare  elephant camp. We just saw the elephants bathing in the  Kaveri river  from another bank of it and  were on our way to airport. The journey was all about recollecting the memories of the past 4 days and having some fun time with the girls! We boarded the flight and this time too mine was a  window seat! Reach Hyderabad bidding goodbye to all my buddies, teachers who took  care of us for the past four days and all the wonderful moments spent which are memories for a life time.

This trip was a learning experience.Away  from home, family, our comfort zones, electronic gadgets and the hustle bustle city life, we got to discover ourselves, overcome our fears, become adventurous, get closer to the nature, spend quality time with the best buddies and experience nature and it serene, scenic beauty  in the best way with loads of adventure and fun. This trip made me grow as a person, gave way to some new friendships and strengthened the older ones and gave us some awesome, wonderful memories to last long.I would like to thank the amazing beauty of Coorg, the trip managers, our school management, our dear teachers who accompanied us and my friends like family for this amazing experience of a lifetimeπŸ’™πŸ˜‡!
